What you will do

• Produce high-volume visually compelling assets across presentations, marketing materials, video/VFX, display ads, social content, and CRM.
• Build designs using solid grid systems ensuring perfect alignment, refined typography, and clean on-brand aesthetic.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance output.
• Conduct QC reviews to ensure pixel-perfect accuracy, brand consistency, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative leads, and developers from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior designers on layout, production, and technical skills.
• Stay current with trends and contribute to team and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in fast-paced production or graphic design with portfolio of high-volume layout, typography, and grid-based work.
• Exceptional design taste and obsessive attention to clean, aligned visuals.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and industry tools.
• Experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with efficient layouts.
• Track record of flawless work under tight deadlines and deep brand systems knowledge.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

• Strong print production experience for high-volume projects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
