What you will do

• Produce multiple high-quality variations from templated designs
• Create social media posts and eCommerce assets
• Develop enhanced content and secondary imagery
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Managers
• Maintain organized files and production-ready outputs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production or studio design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Experience producing digital and social-first content
• Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with paid social asset versioning and performance-driven creative
• Amazon and other eCommerce enhanced content creation
• Familiarity with TikTok ad layout trends
• Templated systems and design systems
• Scaling high-volume creative production
• Basic After Effects animation skills
• Preparing layered files for motion handoff
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• Figma familiarity
• Structured agency workflows and ticketing systems (Asana, Monday, Jira)
