What you will do
- Plan and run mixed-method research studies independently, adapting methods and including accessibility considerations.
- Interpret and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, applying critical thinking to avoid bias.
- Understand research fit within product strategy, identify user problems, and prioritize studies.
- Integrate research into agile workflows, collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams.
- Communicate findings persuasively, facilitate workshops, and promote inclusive practices.
- Mentor juniors, manage multiple projects, and seek continuous learning.
Requirements
- Experience delivering UX research influencing product decisions.
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experienced in accessibility research and working with users with access needs.
- Proficient with research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, Survicate, and Fable.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile product teams, with mentoring experience.
