What you will do

• Develop the internal Managed Kubernetes Platform using Cluster API (CAPI) and custom Go providers.
• Integrate orchestration layer with OpenStack infrastructure.
• Automate cluster lifecycle processes and workflows using Temporal.
• Build new features, optimize code, and maintain quality via automated testing and clean-code practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and fast technical decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial experience with Go or Python
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes beyond basic usage
• Production-level Linux experience: strong command of environment, networking, issue diagnosis
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Experience with system observability

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cluster API (CAPI) or custom Kubernetes operators/providers
• Experience with OpenStack
• Experience with microservices architecture
