What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters with a focus on network layer optimizations.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AMER, APAC, and EMEA regions.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana.
• Optimize cluster performance, scalability, and security using Cilium and Illumio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.
• Proven experience as a Kubernetes engineer with strong system and network layer expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, containerd, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, particularly SaltStack.
• English: B2 level minimum required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
