What you will do

• Build reliability into every part of the platform through resilient software development.
• Debug complex issues across the stack, from Linux systems to Kubernetes clusters.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines to enable safe and rapid code deployment.
• Expand observability services and feedback loops using VictoriaMetrics.
• Develop automation tools to eliminate manual toil and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain platform stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming with Python or Golang.
• Strong foundation in Linux and networking in cloud environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP or AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with SRE concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
