Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Design and implement software solutions to improve system reliability, observability, and scalability.
  • Develop automation and tooling to support capacity planning and incident response.
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices through engineering-driven improvements.
  • Support root cause analysis investigations and implement long-term code-based fixes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in SRE or cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or C# (.NET).
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable, distributed, cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platforms including AKS.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Chaos Engineering.
  • Experience with AIOps.
