AI Specialist (Sustainability)

Location: Pécs, Hungary (remote work)

What you will do

• Develop, program, test, and implement AI-driven solutions for sustainability.
• Automate ESG data flows and reporting processes.
• Identify and integrate relevant ESG data sources.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor ESG performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sustainability team, IT, and data owners at Hamburg headquarters.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Sustainability Management with focus on Data Science or Computer Science.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, ideally in reporting or sustainability context.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and enthusiasm for sustainability.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Familiarity with ESG ratings and rankings (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP).
