TL;DR

AI Specialist Solutions Architect (AI): Designing and scaling agent-based AI systems and enterprise data platforms with an accent on agentic architectures and advanced automation workflows. Focus on navigating complex corporate environments, driving technical adoption, and managing stakeholder relationships to move solutions from experimentation to production.

Location: Remote (Global). Must be comfortable working with teams in Argentina/LATAM time zones.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of new connector requests from initial requirement to production enablement.
  • Lead homologation processes with Security and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and resolve technical and administrative bottlenecks slowing down adoption.
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure effective use case progression.
  • Drive the adoption of low-code solutions and lay the groundwork for automation initiatives.
  • Provide technical clarity regarding integrations and connector architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation as an AI Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar profile.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication flows, and connector architecture.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive progress in highly regulated corporate environments.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with low-code or workflow automation platforms like Copilot Studio or n8n.
  • Prior experience working within highly regulated corporate environments.
