Shack Assistant - Bristol (20 hours)

Location: Onsite in Bristol, UK (20 hours minimum per week, flexibility for other locations)

What you will do

• Ensure top product knowledge and brand understanding
• Provide helpful, informed customer service with confidence
• Process orders, advise on delivery, fit and lead times
• Recommend up-sell products
• Maintain Shack standards and housekeeping on/off shop floor
• Help maintain safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer facing roles
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence and common sense
• Great team player to build positive environment
• Flexibility for Monday-Sunday hours and other showroom locations
