What you will do
- Deliver responsive, effective customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle escalated cases within agreed resolution times, including phone support.
- Route questions and escalations to appropriate stakeholders like Customer Success, Consultancy, and Development.
- Address recurring questions by identifying and implementing solutions.
- Share ideas to improve standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant customer-centric experience (support/success, sales, hospitality) or strong willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills to build customer relationships.
