What you will do

• Advise operational teams on challenging installations, root-cause analysis, and tailored prescriptive maintenance instructions for customers.
• Identify service innovations by assessing customer journeys, shadowing onboarding, testing improvements, and training teams.
• Consult Data and AI teams on model improvements and data interpretation from vibration measurements.

Requirements

• 4+ years in industrial setting
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of vibration analysis and rotating equipment (or quick learner)
• Understanding of maintenance teams (e.g., maintenance consulting or engineering experience)
• Assertive, self-steering, customer-oriented, and innovative mindset
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing advice based on vibration data

Nice to have

• Experience with maintenance programmes
• Python
• MOBIUS CATII or higher certification
