AI Solutions Architect (Post-Sales, AI Security)

Location: Remote within the United States, preferably on the West Coast

What you will do

• Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Provide technical guidance on infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud networking, and secure AI operations.
• Own the post-sales technical relationship, helping customers achieve security objectives and scale deployments.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, optimize configurations, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams on product enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering, preferably with AI, security, or cloud products.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; Kubernetes experience is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud networking and Infrastructure as Code.
• Python programming experience is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through iterative solution design.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, or MLOps tools.
