What you will do
- Partner with customers for onboarding and deployment of AI security solutions into cloud, on-prem, or hybrid setups.
- Provide technical guidance on infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud networking, and IaC best practices.
- Act as primary technical contact to ensure value realization, security goals, and scalable deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver workshops, training, and documentation for customer self-sufficiency.
- Capture feedback to collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams on enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering (AI, security, cloud preferred).
- Strong Docker and containerized workloads experience; Kubernetes familiarity desirable.
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) including networking and IaC.
- Python programming required; AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps) a plus.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and iterative solution design.
- Excellent communication for technical and business stakeholders; self-motivated and adaptable.
