What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against growth goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
  • Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Studio.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ARPU.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models.
  • Experience with analytics platforms including Firebase, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CleverTap or other CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile app user acquisition and retention strategies.
