Salary: $160,000–$250,000 base + meaningful equity

What you will do

• Design core algorithms to predict customer lifetime value (LTV), optimize budget allocation across digital channels, and detect performance issues
• Build execution systems with robust API integrations for real-time decision deployment on major platforms
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from prototype to production, including monitoring, latency optimization, and drift detection
• Develop simulation and backtesting frameworks to validate strategies before live deployment

Requirements

• 4+ years applying ML/optimization in production systems
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra
• Experience deploying models in high-throughput environments
• Background in quantitative finance, trading systems, or ad-tech (RTB)
• Experience with convex optimization or advanced techniques
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows
