Location: 100% remote with team across the globe; East Coast US time preferred (West Coast US, Europe, Asia ok with some adjustments); travel to creator events, conferences, and meetups in cities like New York and Los Angeles required.
Salary: $153,000 base + $50K equity + profit sharing

What you will do
- Audit current program, identify opportunities in segmentation, recruitment, and engagement; launch quick wins and develop strategic plan.
- Recruit and activate partners across segments (pro affiliates, media, creators); scale webinar program for better leads and conversions.
- Build AI systems to cut manual work by 50%, establish metrics/dashboards, and community engagement cadence.
- Hit quarterly MRR targets, deliver $1M new ARR, diversify partners, and create scalable playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years in affiliate/partner/influencer marketing with track record building/scaling programs and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in proactive partner recruitment, engagement strategies, community building, and webinar programs.
- Skills in strategic development, funnel optimization, data analysis, systems building, AI/automation.
- Traits: action-oriented, creator-first, community builder, systems thinker, data-informed, transparent communicator.
Nice to have
- PartnerStack fluency.
- Experience in SaaS or creator economy.
