What you will do

• Define global guidelines and contribute to developing in-house marketing technologies.
• Monitor industry shifts including AI and LLM-driven search, design testing frameworks to enhance user journey.
• Lead high-impact projects from ideation to delivery, coordinating across Commercial, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Communicate optimization insights to global teams and provide analytical recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior team members on advanced performance marketing processes.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to develop and automate in-house tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale, high-budget SEM campaigns across top search engines; travel or high-volume e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of search landscape, attribution, tracking, automation, scripting, and bidding technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and data visualization tools as plus.
• High-ownership mindset to lead complex projects with cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations and mentor juniors.
