TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer II (Growth): Own the technical execution of high-leverage improvements across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization with an accent on full-stack development, data analysis, and experimentation. Focus on identifying opportunities, scoping initiatives, shipping experiments, measuring outcomes, and establishing reusable patterns and infrastructure.
Location: 100% remote with team members across the globe, primarily on East Coast time (expect some time zone overlap if in West Coast US, Europe, or Asia).
Salary: $186,000 base + $50K equity + profit sharing

What you will do
- Get oriented with codebase, tools, funnel metrics, and growth opportunities in the first weeks.
- Dig into data, identify drop-off points, and ship initial funnel improvements and experiments.
- Own end-to-end execution of multiple growth initiatives, scoping, building, measuring, and iterating.
- Establish technical patterns, measurement practices, and coach the team on outcome-driven work.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineers across squads.
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Product judgment, data-informed decision-making with SQL and analytics tools like Omni and Mixpanel.
- Funnel thinking across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Experience leading end-to-end experiments on product-led SaaS initiatives with recurring revenue.
- High agency, analytical mindset, and comfort in early-stage remote teams.
- Strong interest in AI.
