Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager (SaaS): Build and scale the affiliate program into a profitable, predictable acquisition channel by recruiting creator partners, optimizing engagement and activation, and developing scalable systems. Location: 100% remote with team across the globe, primarily East Coast time (some adjustments needed for West Coast US, Europe, or Asia); willingness to travel to creator events and conferences (e.g., New York, Los Angeles)
Salary: $153K base • $50K equity • profit sharing

What you will do
- Audit current affiliate program, identify opportunities in partner segmentation, recruitment, and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic plan with quick wins to improve activation and webinar conversions.
- Recruit and activate diverse partners (pro affiliates, media, creators) to hit quarterly MRR targets.
- Scale webinar program, build AI systems to cut manual work by 50%, and establish metrics/dashboards.
- Foster community engagement through ongoing touchpoints and deliver $1M new ARR in first year.
- Document playbooks for scalable, predictable program operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing with track record building/scaling programs
- Proven experience in partner recruitment, activation, engagement strategies, and webinar programs driving revenue
- Skills in relationship-building, community building, strategic planning, funnel optimization, data analysis, systems building
- Experience with AI/automation for efficiency and working with creators
- Comfortable with ambiguity, bias to action, systems thinking, and transparent communication
