TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer II (Growth): Own the technical execution of high-leverage improvements across the full funnel—acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization—with an accent on product judgment, data-informed decision-making, and funnel thinking. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, shipping end-to-end experiments, measuring outcomes, and establishing reusable infrastructure and technical patterns for the newly formed growth team.
Location: 100% remote worldwide (primarily East Coast time; West Coast US, Europe, or Asia OK with some time zone overlap)
Salary: $186K base • $50K equity • profit sharing (standardized regardless of location)

What you will do
- Get oriented in onboarding, codebase, funnel metrics, and growth opportunities in the first week.
- Dig into data, form point-of-view on retention levers, and ship initial changes in the first month.
- Own end-to-end execution of multiple growth initiatives, scoping, building, measuring, and iterating in the first six months.
- Establish technical patterns, coach on outcome-driven work, and lead the growth squad technically within the first year.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data analysts, and cross-functional engineers on shared infrastructure.
Requirements
- Fullstack engineering comfortable with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Product judgment to collaborate on experience and prioritization with product/design.
- Data-informed skills: SQL, analytics tools (Omni, Mixpanel), connecting metrics to outcomes.
- Funnel expertise across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
- Experience with product-led SaaS initiatives, recurring revenue/trials, end-to-end experiments.
- Remote-first/distributed team experience with high agency, analytical traits, and AI interest.
