What you will do

• Communicate onboarding processes, set expectations, and track project timelines and tasks using Hubspot.
• Guide and train partners on the hirify.global platform to drive adoption and utilization of features.
• Lead data migration, clean data sheets, and use CSV tools for bulk imports.
• Handle partner objections, understand business needs, and provide product training with materials like Loom recordings.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance with KYC/banking, and seamless handovers to account teams.
• Collaborate across teams and timezones, identify improvements, and assist ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• High organizational and time management skills for fast-paced environment.
• Commercially minded with ability to manage partner expectations and solve problems.
• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
• Project coordination experience preferred.
• Team player comfortable working autonomously and across timezones.
