Focus on establishing C-level relationships, programmatic opportunity capture like demand forecasting and supply chain optimization, and creating repeatable sales motions.

What you will do

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategy, establish C-level relationships, and build ecosystems with ISVs, SIs, and partners to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Identify high-value use cases like demand forecasting, customer intelligence, supply chain optimization, and real-time pricing; build scalable programs to capture opportunities.
  • Cultivate partner relationships from first principles to amplify reach across Retail, Consumer Goods, Restaurants, and Wholesale.
  • Drive data-driven operational excellence with analysis, feedback loops, and improvement mechanisms.
  • Create scalable sales plays tailored to APAC geographies, contributing frameworks for other regions.
  • Establish thought leadership through white papers, events, and C-suite engagement on data/AI transformation.
  • Influence cross-functionally across product, sales, marketing, and partners; develop content and enable sales teams.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership or practitioner experience in Retail or Consumer Goods with builder mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial experience thriving in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Extensive GTM program construction on tech platforms, delivering revenue growth cross-functionally.
  • Proven CXO relationship building, translating tech to business value.
  • Led large-scale enterprise transformations, technically fluent in data/AI and retail tech.
  • Aware of APAC regulations on data privacy, payments, sustainability, and compliance.
  • Managed complex vertical initiatives end-to-end, trained sales teams as force multiplier.
