What you will do

• Define and own the holistic digital employee experience vision across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive multi-year AI and automation strategy embedding AI into collaboration, productivity, end-user services, and corporate IT.
• Partner with platform, engineering, and People Technology leaders to architect integrated experience layers using coherent APIs, data models, and design patterns.
• Reimagine team structures, skills, and operating models to make AI a core capability with focus on experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Build KPI frameworks tracking adoption, time saved, friction reduction, employee satisfaction, and AI-driven productivity.
• Serve as connective leader aligning IT, People Technology, HR, Finance, Workplace, Security, and Engineering on priorities and governance.

Requirements

• AI-native with experience driving AI agendas, shipping AI-powered products, and changing organizations through intelligent technology
• 12+ years in technology, product, digital transformation, or AI/ML platform roles owning enterprise-scale internal platforms or digital workplace solutions
• Proven track record leading strategy, design, and delivery of complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives with measurable impact
• Deep technical fluency in LLM integration, enterprise search, API design, data modelling, workflow automation, and digital workplace platforms
• Cross-functional influencer able to align teams and senior stakeholders in complex environments
• Builder of exceptional AI-fluent teams focused on creativity, accountability, and shaping the future of work

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in technical or quantitative field relevant to AI, automation, or digital experience
• Experience operating AI-powered or digital workplace platforms at global scale including performance and reliability
• Leadership in architectural direction and technical standards for AI-enhanced internal tools ensuring security and interoperability
• Ability to use data, experimentation, and insights for prioritizing investments and driving adoption
• Familiarity with generative AI, virtual assistants, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation at enterprise scale
• Experience with People Technology (Workday, ServiceNow), Productivity (M365/Google), Collaboration (Slack, Zoom, Atlassian), and Endpoint Management
