What you will do

• Lead a team of Automation Engineers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable intelligent automation solutions with AI.
• Partner with Transformation Manager, Associates, and Solutions Architect to assess feasibility and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Own engineering execution of the automation roadmap, overseeing end-to-end implementation integrating RPA, APIs, and AI/ML.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Manage production stability through incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track engineering metrics like performance, scalability, ROI, and error rates.
• Mentor engineers, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to the evolution of the Intelligent Automation program.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related fields, with focus on Intelligent Automation and AI-driven solutions
• Demonstrated leadership managing automation engineering teams and delivering large-scale programs
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade automation solutions including AI-enhanced use cases
• Advanced technical leadership in RPA (e.g. UiPath), Python-based automation, Power Platform, and applied AI (LLMs, NLP, document understanding)
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation like task/process mining, intelligent document processing, and decision automation
• Strong architectural mindset for end-to-end automation ecosystems integrating APIs, data services, and AI
• Effective stakeholder collaboration bridging business and technical execution
