TL;DR
Director, GTM Automations & Data (AI/RevOps): Building and leading the systems, automations, and data infrastructure for the Go-To-Market organization with an accent on AI-driven workflows and revenue data orchestration. Focus on designing scalable technical backbones, implementing LLM-based business workflows, and developing internal tools to accelerate revenue execution.
Location: Must be based in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco (USA)
Salary: $174,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do
- Establish and lead the Revenue Engineering function, defining the strategy and roadmap for AI, automation, and data infrastructure.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to improve productivity in pipeline management, prospecting, and forecasting.
- Architect and scale GTM workflow automations and integrations using Workato, APIs, and other orchestration tools.
- Build internal applications and lightweight tooling using Retool to reduce reliance on fragmented point solutions.
- Own the orchestration and reliability of revenue data across the GTM ecosystem to ensure high quality and governance.
- Lead the "Customer Zero" initiative, using 's own products to prototype and operationalize new automation patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Data Strategy, or Sales Operations.
- Experience building GTM infrastructure within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Significant experience scaling automations with platforms like Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
- Practical experience applying AI or LLM technologies to real-world business workflows.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations across revenue platforms.
- Experience developing internal tools using Retool or similar application frameworks.
