Requirements

• 15+ years in global supply chain/supply planning leadership.
• Proven experience leading global supply planning/S&OP/IBP at senior level.
• Deep understanding of capacity planning, supplier ecosystems, and lifecycle management.
• Strong decision-making and accountability under complexity.
• Track record in organizational leadership, process transformation, and digital enablement.
• Ability to influence and alihirify.global senior cross-functional stakeholders.
