TL;DR

Customer Support Executive - China (中文客服): Provide support and issue resolution via live chat, phone, and email for existing clients with an accent on accuracy, detail, and multitasking. Focus on processing requests, escalating issues via Salesforce/Jira, verifying documents, preparing reports, and achieving quarterly KPIs.

Location: Start remotely from home city or any location, relocate to Southeast Asia support office (Malaysia) after 2-3 months.

What you will do

  • Process client requests and solve issues via live chat, phone, and email using multiple programs.
  • Escalate issues to specialists via Salesforce or Jira and update clients on status.
  • Verify client-submitted documents for specific regions hourly.
  • Prepare and interpret reports and documentation accurately.
  • Understand business functions through seminars and meet assessment targets.
  • Achieve quarterly KPI targets and perform ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Native Chinese speaking and good communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable
