TL;DR

Location: Start remotely from home city or any location, relocate to Southeast Asia support office (Malaysia) after 2-3 months.

What you will do
- Process client requests and solve issues via live chat, phone, and email using multiple programs.
- Escalate issues to specialists via Salesforce or Jira and update clients on status.
- Verify client-submitted documents for specific regions hourly.
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation accurately.
- Understand business functions through seminars and meet assessment targets.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets and perform ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Native Chinese speaking and good communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Self-motivated and highly reliable
