What you will do

• Craft and deliver compelling proposals within RFP deadlines, incorporating local business context and Mandarin nuances.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client goals, conduct market research, and generate data-driven insights for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Develop customized media proposals, pitch decks, and presentations in Mandarin and English.
• Partner cross-functionally with Trading, Data & Analytics, and other teams to customize product offerings and drive growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to process improvements in a centralized hub.

Requirements

• Business-level Mandarin and English proficiency (spoken and written), able to handle complex commercial concepts.
• Experience with Mandarin stakeholders or markets is a strong plus.
• High organization and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and proactive mindset for building relationships across teams.
