TL;DR

Location: Open to hub locations within EMEA including Ireland (Burnfoot, Letterkenny, Dublin), UK (Campsie, Southampton), Italy (Tognana, Bologna), Croatia (Zagreb, Rugvica), Romania (Cluj Napoca), Slovakia (Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Bratislava), onsite with regular travel across EMEA sites. Must have strong recruiting experience across multiple EMEA countries and be willing to travel within EMEA.

What you will do
- Serve as Talent Acquisition Leader and business partner for EMEA business units and manufacturing operations.
- Develop and lead recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across country market units and manufacturing locations.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for niche and high-volume positions including services engineers, technicians, sales, corporate functions, and factory roles.
- Lead and manage a team of ~20 responsible for hiring across multiple EMEA locations, including performance management and development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, monitor recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Occasionally travel for job fairs, on-site interviews, and alignment with business leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years recruitment experience focused on manufacturing, technical services, engineering, sales, volume, and niche hiring.
- Strong experience managing recruitment across multiple EMEA countries.
- Experience with manufacturing and hourly hiring at scale, data-driven strategies, and TA team leadership of 10+ members.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools like Oracle ATS, local EMEA practices, and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- Willingness for occasional business travel within EMEA.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process-improvement methods applied to recruiting.
- Experience improving end-to-end recruiting workflows through metrics and analysis.
