What you will do

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, and Product roles across EMEA.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and compelling messaging.
  • Screen candidates for technical roles, assessing skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize strategies in the ATS.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging technical talent.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms, including Boolean search.
  • Experience hiring for various technical roles (backend, frontend, data, infrastructure).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with talent mapping and market intelligence.
