What you will do

• Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation of advanced ML/GenAI workloads on AWS, including data pipelines, training, inference, and integrations.
• Act as hands-on expert and advisor for customers, defining outcomes, tradeoffs, and production-ready designs focused on security, reliability, performance, cost.
• Provide guidance on GenAI architectures like Bedrock, SageMaker, Q; build technical narratives, demos for pre-sales or delivery engagements.
• Recommend and implement hirify.global Cloud Intelligence capabilities; document impact tying AI/ML to customer outcomes.
• Capture repeatable patterns, reference architectures; collaborate with sales, CS, product teams; contribute to internal enablement.
• Maintain delivery excellence using systems like JIRA, ensure operational hygiene and alignment with metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years architecting, deploying, managing cloud-based AI/ML solutions including production workloads; experience with large distributed systems on AWS.
• Advanced AWS proficiency for AI/ML/GenAI: Bedrock, SageMaker (JumpStart), prompt engineering, model evaluation, agentic AI, Amazon Q.
• In-depth SageMaker components (Pipelines, Model Monitor, etc.); TensorFlow/PyTorch integration; distributed training; data engineering (S3, Glue, etc.); end-to-end workflows (Lambda, EKS).
• CI/CD for AI/ML, monitoring (CloudWatch), AI governance/security/compliance, bias mitigation; multi-cloud awareness (Google Cloud AI).
• Excellent communication; ownership mentality; ability to mentor, work in remote global environment.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in CS/Math or equivalent; data/AI certifications (AWS/GCP, Stanford etc.).
• RLHF, advanced fine-tuning, Hugging Face; prior ML Engineer/Data Scientist/AI Architect experience.
• JIRA/Agile experience.
