What you will do

• Set up and manage internal AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Execute AI tool rollouts and pilots for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop telemetry and dashboards to track AI adoption and productivity trends.
• Build early-stage prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI agent experiments.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with documentation, prompt examples, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with global engineering, product, and support teams within security guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical experience with LLM workflows, including prompting, evaluation, and agents.
• Experience working in AWS-based environments (Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and monitoring dashboards.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance basics.
