What you will do

• Lead discovery, architecture, and implementation for advanced ML and Generative AI workloads on AWS, including data, training, inference, and integration.
• Act as hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers, defining outcomes, making tradeoffs, ensuring production-ready designs.
• Provide guidance on GenAI architectures like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Q, and integrate with existing systems.
• Recommend and implement AI/ML capabilities in hirify.global Cloud Intelligence, measuring business and technical impact.
• Build repeatable AI/ML patterns, reference architectures, and runbooks; contribute to product roadmap via “gravel roads”.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and partners like AWS for aligned AI/ML initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years architecting, deploying, managing cloud-based AI/ML solutions, including production workloads on AWS.
• Advanced proficiency with AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker (JumpStart), Q Business/Developer; prompt engineering, model evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge of SageMaker components (Pipelines, Model Monitor, etc.), TensorFlow, PyTorch, distributed training.
• Data engineering on AWS: S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift; end-to-end workflows with Lambda, Step Functions, EKS/Fargate.
• CI/CD for AI/ML, monitoring with CloudWatch, AI governance/security/compliance, bias mitigation.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud AI tools; excellent communication, ownership in remote-first global environment.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in CS/Math or equivalent; data/AI certifications (AWS/GCP, Stanford, etc.).
• RLHF, advanced fine-tuning, Hugging Face with AWS; prior ML Engineer/Data Scientist/AI Architect experience.
• JIRA experience, Agile practices.
