What you will do

• Define customer requirements and configure hirify.global to streamline operations and boost revenue.
• Conduct demos, solution reviews, and setup proof-of-concepts/pilots for key clients.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Align hours with customer timezones and travel as needed for relationship building.
• Maintain documentation, adhere to SLAs, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay current on product, sales processes, and industry dynamics.

Requirements

• 6-9 years in implementation and support of enterprise products
• Strong software knowledge to master functionality and configure solutions for complex scenarios.
• Excellent verbal/written communication for requirements and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver demos, and present to customers.
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to travel on short notice to customer locations

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp.
• Experience in wellness/spa industry.
