What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for customers, providing demonstrations, workflow consultations, and pre-/post-sales scientific support.
• Troubleshoot complex assay and data interpretation issues across immunoassays and NGS, guiding experimental design, sample preparation, assay selection, and best practices.
• Partner with bioinformatics/software teams to deliver and interpret data, clearly communicate limitations, and propose workarounds.
• Lead Early Access Program (EAP) activities with Product Management, including site selection, onboarding, study design support, timeline management, and executive-ready readouts.
• Develop and deliver training and certification plans, onboarding workflows, and repeatable best-practice rollouts; mentor Field Application Scientists.
• Create customer-facing and internal technical content (workflows, guides, application notes, troubleshooting resources) and support knowledge base maintenance.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related field (Master’s with equivalent experience considered).
• 3+ years in a field application scientist or scientific support role.
• Hands-on experience with NGS workflows (library prep, sequencing platforms, and basic data interpretation).
• Demonstrated expertise with immunoassays (e.g., multiplexed platforms, ELISA, proximity extension/ligation assays).
• Strong troubleshooting across wet-lab and software components, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel ~50% to customer sites and events.
