What you will do

  • Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Execute A/B tests on hooks, copy, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Monitor and optimize metrics like CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with creative, funnel, and product teams on messaging and briefs
  • Maintain tracking, attribution, dashboards, and deliver weekly insights
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and provide feedback on winning angles

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing paid social campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok with proven results
  • Deep knowledge of platform best practices, structures, and creative formats
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and AI tools
  • Experience with testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Collaboration with creative and marketing teams on ads and funnels

Nice to have

  • Advanced tracking setups like Conversions API and GA4
  • Portfolio of AI-driven campaign improvements
