TL;DR

GTM Engineer (AI): Design and implement scalable Revenue Operations systems, outbound infrastructure, and automation workflows for high-growth B2B SaaS companies with an accent on AI-powered enrichment pipelines and data-driven outbound strategies. Focus on building ICP models, TAM mapping, Clay workflows, multi-channel campaigns, and performance iteration.

Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere with international teams

What you will do

  • Recommend and implement outbound GTM plays tailored to client ICP and growth stage
  • Build ICP models, map TAM, and implement signal tracking and lead allocation systems
  • Develop advanced Clay workflows, AI-driven enrichment pipelines, and account scoring systems
  • Create personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns and analyze performance
  • Participate in client calls, collaborate internally, and deliver performance reports

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • 2-4+ years in Sales, RevOps, Sales Operations, BizOps, or GTM Engineering
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, startups, or agencies
  • Strong working knowledge of Clay
  • Curiosity about AI tools, automation, and growth experimentation
  • Strong problem-solving and quick learning ability

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n
  • Experience with sales automation or outbound tooling
