What you will do

• Diagnose business problems by mapping workflows, identifying constraints, and validating AI as the right solution.
• Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design to implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Design, develop, and ship AI solutions quickly, focusing on prototypes that deliver measurable business value.
• Improve organizational flow by reducing bottlenecks and increasing throughput, tracked via flow metrics.
• Integrate AI into existing systems using APIs, orchestration tools, and platforms like hirify.global Duo Agent.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions, define success metrics, and contribute to technical direction.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar, with proficiency in REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Deep experience in prompt engineering, model selection, RAG, agentic patterns, and LLM ecosystem (Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source).
• AI safety awareness including guardrails, input validation, and risk mitigation.
• Systems thinking to map workflows and identify root causes in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with business systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk, Workato, and data models.
• End-to-end ownership track record with product mindset for MVPs and iterative delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global platform and CI/CD workflows.
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or low-code tools like n8n, Make.
• Startup or high-growth experience, mentoring juniors.
