What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting channels.
  • Manage full-funnel performance, including audience segmentation, targeting, bidding, and landing page alignment.
  • Develop performance dashboards using Looker Studio and GA4 to track CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to create high-converting ad creatives and A/B test variations.
  • Conduct competitive research to determine optimal positioning, messaging angles, and creative directions.
  • Implement tracking, attribution, and UTM structures to ensure data consistency across all campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience running paid campaigns in B2B SaaS, tech, or enterprise services.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads (must), supplemented by strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Practical proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B paid acquisition with measurable, data-backed results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers and experiments into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Reddit Ads, programmatic ads, or other niche B2B acquisition channels.
  • Ability to explore and test new platforms such as StackAdapt or Quora Ads.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery for advanced performance analysis and attribution.
  • Understanding of CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, ERP) and lead lifecycle management.
