What you will do

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing to maximize CTR and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Registrations, Activations etc).
• Monitor and report on performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the performance and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Plan and analyse A/B tests to improve key marketing KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Bing Ads required).
• BSc/MSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner and other available tools to deliver insightful performance reports.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
