What you will do

• Own xStocks social channels end-to-end to grow a global audience of both crypto-natives and mainstream users.
• Lead community management and growth by creating participation loops and engagement campaigns.
• Translate complex topics such as tokenized equities and infrastructure into clear, engaging content.
• Run social strategies for product launches and announcements to ensure market understanding.
• Coordinate content localization with regional teams, including APAC and CN markets.
• Track and optimize performance metrics including reach, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in social or content roles, preferably in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech.
• Deep understanding of content performance and audience engagement on X, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strong grasp of crypto and financial markets with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven experience building and managing high-signal communities.
• Ability to produce end-to-end content, including copywriting and basic visuals.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for the company's specified benefits package.

• Experience with gamified community systems like points or reward programs.
• Previous experience with localization across diverse global markets.
