What you will do

• Directly manage and mentor Producers and Senior Producers, focusing on their growth and high performance.
• Partner with EP on staffing, hiring, and maintaining diverse, high-performing production bench aligned with DEI goals.
• Evaluate and refine development methodologies to boost efficiency and reduce friction using data and retrospectives.
• Act as interface between Content/Monetization and studio leadership, aligning roadmaps, facilitating trade-offs, and managing risks.
• Design co-development and vendor strategies, managing dispersed teams across time zones for live-service demands.
• Champion player-first mindset, ensuring production supports revenue targets and creative ambition.

Requirements

• 8+ years in game production, with 3+ years in people management or leadership.
• Proven track record managing high-budget co-development or vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of monetization features and live-service operations.
• Expertise in Jira/Confluence and modern project management tools.
• Experience launching and sustaining top-tier live-service titles.
• Ability to communicate data with PMs and vision with Creative Directors.
