What you will do

• Manage and execute publishing deliverables, ensuring all content and materials meet standards and deadlines.
• Translate publishing and marketing technical needs into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Optimize publisher operations and workflows to ensure efficiency across the game lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR, Legal, and Customer Support.
• Lead and facilitate communication between internal development teams and external partners.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful launch and live operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in the video game industry, with at least 3 years in a publishing role.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile games, including managing ratings, marketing operations, and live ops.
• Experience developing comprehensive schedules and monitoring task progress in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance data and qualitative insights for decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
