What you will do

• Partner with portfolio leadership to unblock teams and guide delivery across broad program portfolios.
• Connect programs to simplify strategy for technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership.
• Manage international risks, compliance, and infrastructure constraints.
• Define program frameworks, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and apply software development lifecycle expertise.
• Operationalize hirify.global’s Tech Strategy with technical SMEs and leverage AI to accelerate outcomes.
• Build trust, collaborate across teams, and scale operations in matrix environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience or equivalent.
• Experience in matrix environments, influencing leaders, and building partnerships.
• Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaboration with engineering on complex agile technology programs.
• Results-oriented mindset to establish clarity in fast-paced, chaotic environments.
• Ability to scale across large portfolios beyond organizational silos.
