What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution for major card issuing programs and feature launches.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, design, legal, and external partners.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define technical requirements and break down complex initiatives into actionable milestones.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, escalating blockers to leadership with clear solutions.
• Refine program management frameworks and best practices to improve delivery predictability and velocity.
• Establish KPIs and provide transparent status updates to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing large-scale software programs.
• Deep domain expertise in card issuing and payments, including card processors and network standards.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial ecosystem.
• Ability to engage with engineers on technical architecture, data flows, and system design.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across internal teams and external financial vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
