Salary: $150,000 – $225,000 USD (based on location/zone)

What you will do
- Lead large-scale technical programs from design to delivery across crypto infrastructure and transaction systems.
- Define program milestones, track progress, and develop clear risk mitigation plans for cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and product teams to ensure platform readiness and launch alignment.
- Establish standard operating rhythms, documentation, and processes to improve program execution efficiency.
- Monitor system performance using data to ensure reliability, security, and scalability requirements are met.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technical or engineering programs in fast-moving environments.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to partner directly with senior engineers on system architecture and design tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated success in creating structure and delivering measurable outcomes in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
