What you will do

• Design intuitive content solutions for product use cases and interactions.
• Apply human-centered practices, information architecture modeling, and mapping.
• Craft scalable content using UI frameworks, modularity, localization, and reuse.
• Lead workshops to build content strategy knowledge across teams.
• Partner on content tests to improve customer experience and manage content bugs.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to frameworks advancing the content practice.
• Build trust through storytelling and persuasive communication with partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in UX Writing, Content Audits, Content Mapping, Information Architecture, and Storytelling.
• Able to independently audit, analyze, structure, create, and present content.
• Understanding of human-centered design practices.
• Empathetic, inclusive approach meeting users where they are.
• Experience with content problems across systems and brands.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
