What you will do

• Lead design initiatives across projects, developing client relationships and acting as trusted advisor.
• Guide design teams in creating high-quality visual and interactive designs aligned with business and user needs.
• Partner with technical teams to balance creativity with feasibility and scalability.
• Own the design process from discovery, ideation, prototyping, to user testing.
• Support AI-driven projects, advise on strategic AI use, and foster experimentation while prioritizing human agency.
• Share AI design knowledge to empower team growth.

Requirements

• Human-Centered Design: Deep understanding of methods and mindset.
• Co-Creation: Align stakeholders through workshops and sessions.
• Storytelling: Communicate clearly and compellingly.
• User Research: Design and conduct generative/evaluative research.
• Prototyping: Create low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
• Visual Communication: Expertise in information design.
• AI and Data Ethics: Leverage AI tools ethically.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent portfolio.

• 8+ years experience.
• Deep industry vertical experience.
• Experience in enterprise and agency environments.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Background in human behavior, change management, data science, or AI/ML.
