What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-load backend services.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.
• Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and implement engineering best practices.
• Write clear technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Native Ukrainian (spoken and written).
• Good written English for documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.
