What you will do

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA.
• Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Develop robust new features and APIs while continuously improving existing products.
• Optimize systems for large transaction volumes, handling concurrency and idempotency.
• Ensure a top-tier, customer-centric experience through quality engineering and performance tuning.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database modeling.
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience designing scalable systems and building secure APIs (JWT, queue-based systems).
• Must be based in one of the specified EMEA countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS products running on major cloud vendors.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture on AWS.
• Knowledge of the Fintech industry and its unique challenges.
